Do I need a Canva account?
Most editable templates require a Canva account. Many products can be edited using a free Canva account unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
What can I edit?

Can I print my templates at home?
Yes. Depending on the product, you can print at home or through a professional print service. Some designs may also be shared digitally.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Everly Paper Co. sells digital products only unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Nothing will be shipped to you.
What if I have trouble accessing my template?

Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available once files or template access have been delivered. If you receive an incorrect file or have an access issue, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Unless otherwise stated, Everly Paper Co. products are for personal use only. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create products for resale without written permission.
